| If you cannot met the above requirement you cannot play the card. |
- This card must be played prior to the chosen player triggering the beginning of turn effects. The scenario would have a player end their turn, the card would then be announced to target the next player.
- This is currently the only card that can be played outside a game phase. Similar to the effect of Puppicorn which is the only card to have an effect occur outside a game phase.
