Card Texts

2nd Edition: Play this card at the beginning of another player's turn. That player must skip their Beginning of Turn phase and their Draw phase.

This card has requirement effect text that may prevent playing the card.
"A Player must be chosen prior to their Beginning of turn phase"
This card must be played prior to the chosen player triggering the beginning of turn effects. The scenario would have a player end their turn, the card would then be announced to target the next player.
Effects that cause phases to be skipped during a turn are combined to only affect the same phase. The same phase can be skipped multiple times due to multiple effects in the same turn and fulfill any requirement effect.
- If there is no beginning of turn phase, beginning of turn effects do not occur. If a requirement that states "If this card is in your Stable at the beginning of your turn,", The requirement is not fulfilled without a beginning of turn phase to verify.
This is currently the only card that can be played outside a game phase. Similar to the effect of Puppicorn which is the only card to have an effect occur outside a game phase.
