Original Text ONLY - Ginormous Unicorn can be used as two(2) of the required unicorns to sacrifice.
An effect cannot be used to replace a Requirement to play a card, an effect can replace the Requirement once the card resolves. The contents of a players Stable must be able to meet the requirement before a card is played.

The requirement to play this card is the ability to;
"Choose 4 different unicorn cards to Sacrifice" during the resolution of the card.
If you cannot met the above requirement you cannot play the card.
