- 2nd Edition: Play this card at the beginning of another player's turn. That player must skip their Beginning of Turn phase and their Draw phase.

Specific Card Rules and Information
| This card has a requirement to play this card! |
| "A Player must be chosen prior to their Beginning of turn phase" during the resolution of the card. |
| If you cannot met the above requirement you cannot play the card. |
| This card must be played prior to the chosen player triggering the beginning of turn effects. The scenario would have a player end their turn, the card would then be announced to target the next player. |
| If there is no beginning of turn phase, beginning of turn effects do not occur.
If a requirement that states "If this card is in your Stable at the beginning of your turn,", The requirement is not fulfilled without a beginning of turn phase to verify. |
| This is currently the only card that can be played outside a game phase. Similar to the effect of Puppicorn which is the only card to have an effect occur outside a game phase. |
