Specific Card Rules and Information

This card has no requirement preventing the playing of this card.

The card must be placed into a stable during the resolution of the card.

When in a stable; This card adds a requirement to; Discard Effects

The requirement to play a card with a discard effect is to have the ability to;

"Discard one (extra) card" during the resolution of the card.

If you cannot met the above requirement you cannot play the card with a discard effect.

The Discard effect from the End of Turn Phase is a mandatory continuous status effect that verifies the Hand after each Discard if you have reached the hand limit. If verified you have 9 cards in Hand you Discard one card (plus one extra), then the hand is verified again, prior to discarding a second card. This may cause a player to end the turn with fewer cards than the limit even if they had more than the limit.

The Discard effect created by Dread Pirate Unicorn will not trigger it's own effect. The card effect replaces the Discard effect once only, there is not an infinite discard event.
