- This card itself has no effect text that prevents it from being neigh'd. This card can be neigh'd when played. (It only prevents other cards from being neigh'd, when in a stable.)
Unicorn, Downgrade, and Upgrade cards only have active effect text when in a player’s Stable.
Any Unicorn, Downgrade, and Upgrade card that is not brought directly or moved into a stable by an effect can be neigh’d, unless the cards specifically states “This card cannot be Neigh'd.”
