- 2nd Edition: Each time another player plays a Neigh card when you try to play a card, that player must give you a card from their hand.

Specific Card Rules and Information
- This card has no requirement effect text that prevents playing the card.
- If a a neigh card is announced in response to the player playing a card; that player must give a card to the player prior to resolution of the neigh. The outcome of the neigh card will not affect the triggered effect from resolving.
- This triggered effect adds a requirement to playing a neigh card against the player. The neigh card player must have a card in hand to give that player to play the neigh card. If the neigh card player has no cards in hand - they cannot play the neigh card (as they do not meet the requirement).
- This effect is only triggered once per neigh card that specifically targets any card the player may play in a chain. It is not a cumulative effect of the whole chain of neigh cards from an original card play.
