Specific Card Rules and Information
- This card has no requirement effect text that prevents playing the card.
- If a a neigh card is announced in response to the player playing a card; that player must give a card to the player prior to resolution of the neigh. The outcome of the neigh card will not affect the triggered effect from resolving.
- This effect is only triggered once per neigh card that specially targets any card the player may play in a chain. It is not a cumulative effect of the whole chain of neigh cards from an original card paly.
