| When in a stable; This card adds a requirement to; Steal and Destroy effects |
| The requirement to play a card with a Steal or Destroy effect is to have the ability to; |
| "Discard one card" during the resolution of the card. |
| If you cannot met the above requirement you cannot play the card or trigger the effect. |
