Specific Card Rules and Information
- This card has no requirement effect text that prevents playing the card.
Chronocorn effect allows it to be played when an instant card is permitted. It does NOT turn into an instant card.
Card can be played as the action phase "action" OR at such a time an instant card can be played; NOT anytime you like. "Instant cards can be played any time any other player plays a card (unless otherwise stated). If an Instant card is played in response to a card you played, you may respond with an Instant card of your own (even though you already played a card this turn).
