Specific Card Rules and Information
- This card has no requirement effect text that prevents playing the card.
- Upgrade cards with continuous effects that are not bound to a stable are active in all stables. If an upgrade cards effect has a requirement of the card being in the stable it is not fulfilled unless the card is in that stable.
