Second Print: If this card is in your Stable at the beginning of your turn, you may choose any other player and pull a card from that player's hand. If you do, skip your Draw phase.
Original Text / First Print: If this card is in your Stable at the beginning of your turn, you may take a card at random from any player's hand instead of drawing a card.

This card has no requirement effect text that prevents playing the card.
Effects that cause phases to be skipped during a turn are combined to only affect the same phase. The same phase can be skipped multiple times due to multiple effects in the same turn and fulfill any requirement effect.
